Tour / Hotel / Tourism Services Booking and / or Payment Terms and Conditions.
Between Discovery Bangladesh and the person / persons name appears on the Booking Form / Mail, the confirmation of booking is subject to the following conditions.
BOOKING and PAYMENT
All payment should be paid to Discovery Bangladesh. Full balance needs to be received 4 weeks prior to tour departure.
A deposit of 40 % of the Total tour cost + Any other charges/fees are Required for any tour booking. Deposit should be a bank transfer to the bank account of DISCOVERY BANGLADESH.
In the case of late bookings less than 4 weeks before tour / departure the full cost must be received by us within 7 days of our sending written confirmation or within a shorter time as we may specify. If you do not pay the full cost within the time specified we reserve the right to treat your booking as a cancellation. In such cases you will forfeit the deposit paid and be liable to cancellation charges.
Paying by Bank Transfer -
You can make a direct transfer from your account to our Bank Account. Please ensure that you cover any associated charges.
Please give your name and/or email address as a reference if possible and inform us when you have made the transfer so that we can look out for your payment.

In addition you can make payments by credit card. Please mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org for the payment link. For payment through Master Card / Visa Card / Paypal, 4% extra will be paid by the clients themselves as a payment processing fee.
You also can send payments by Western Union. If you wish to pay us through Western Union, Please mail us: email@example.com
In the case of bookings made less than 4 weeks before departure / tour, we require 100% of the total cost. The booking is not confirmed and accepted until we send you written confirmation (by email / paper). If we are unable to confirm, all money paid by you to us will be refunded in full.
If you wish to cancel your booking or alterations to the arrangements you may do so subject to the following condition. You must give us written notice of cancellation. Cancellation is effective from the date upon which we receive the notice of cancellation. If we receive the notice of cancellation up to 5 weeks before the departure date you will forfeit your deposit. After that date you will additionally be liable for the following cancellation charges based on the time when we receive the notice of cancellation.
If you cancel 35 days before your tour, deposit is full refundable.
If you cancel 20 - 34 days before your tour, 50% of deposit is refundable.
If you cancel 10 - 20 days before your tour, 30% of deposit is refundable.
If you cancel less than 10 days before your tour, deposit is non refundable.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member / group, who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the tour itinerary.
Note: Any tour or reservation will not be guaranteed until you have received the official confirmations from Discovery Bangladesh, this will be sent to you by email to the email address you provided to us. Normally, We will officially confirm the reservations within 24 hours of Tour Booking.
